HEFLIN -- Ellisan Givens accumulated 19 points, including three 3-pointers, along with seven steals and six assists to lead the Cherokee County Lady Warriors to a 76-21 area basketball win at Cleburne County on Tuesday.
Libby Curry connected on a pair of treys and had 10 points for the Lady Warriors (9-1). Marie Crane sank three treys and had nine points.
Jolie Alexander added nine points and six rebounds. Deannia Starr delivered eight points, 10 rebounds, four assists and four blocks.
Brooklyn Bruce and Mattie Green finished with six and five points respectively.
The Lady Warriors didn't allow a double digit scorer. Amilya Williams led the Lady Tigers with six points. Hannah Turley finished with five points.
Cherokee County jumped out to a 23-5 advantage after one and cruised to a 48-11 lead at halftime. The Lady Warriors led 67-16 after three quarters.
Cherokee County plays at White Plains on Thursday before hosting Fyffe in the Alabama ONE Cherokee Invitational on Saturday.
