When to watch the Houston Texans vs. Kansas City Chiefs?
Where to watch?
The Chiefs and Texans have each already punched their ticket to the playoffs. The Chiefs, at 13-1, have clinched the AFC West and own the best record in football, but still have something to play for over the final three weeks of the season. If they lose two of their final three games, they could get passed in the conference standings by the Bills and lose home-field advantage and a first-round playoff bye.
The Texans are 9-5, which is good enough to lock up the AFC South with three weeks to go. The Texans will jockey for playoff positioning over these next three weeks with the 10-4 Steelers and 9-5 Ravens, so picking up a road win in Arrowhead Stadium against the two-time Super Bowl champs would give them a huge boost.
After injuring his ankle last week, Patrick Mahomes is expected to start at quarterback for the Chiefs. He'll go up against second-year QB C.J. Stroud, who led the Texans to the second round of the playoffs last season as a rookie.
The Texans and Chiefs play on Saturday starting at 1 p.m. ET (10 a.m. PT). The game will take place at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, home of the Chiefs.
