Is there an "authentic" Indian curry recipe that would work well for either shrimp or lamb? I understand that "curry" is quite a broad category, and obviously there are regional variations, but is there a dish/sauce/curry that is traditionally prepared with lamb OR shrimp, to equally delicious results? Totally okay if the answer is "no, lamb curries are always totally different than shrimp curries" Please only Indian curries, no east Asian/southeast Asian suggestions like Thai curries. Thanks!
